Below I am listing the color names of blue Topaz for convienence. There seems to be some confusion about the colors of blue Topaz and their names, even amomg some dealers. So I am listing the colors and what they mean when I use them... Note there are several color shades and grades, depending on the supplier thay may just call it all different grades of Swiss blue (AAA, AA, A, et...).
London Blue - The darkest blue, sometimes has a grey tone to it in lower quality.
Electric Blue - This is the best color as far as I am concerned, it is very blue and vibrant, not quite as dark as London Blue, more vibrant.
Sierra Blue - This is a nice solid medium blue, but not as deep and hot colored as the Electric Blue.
Swiss Blue - Similiar to Sierra Blue but one shade lighter.
Sky Blue - This is light blue, sometimes on the pale side, several shades lighter than Sierra Blue.
Light Blue - This is pale, but blue.E-mail to inquire or order: jeff @ faceters.com or jeff @ cabbers.com
