Ceylon Blue Spinel - $.14/carat
Locality: Swiss
This Spinel cuts easily and is generally not a problem. This color is the top Ceylon Spphire color. Diamonds are needed to polish this material particularly in larger stones.
Note: The rough is under light in the picture, it may look slightly darker in person.
