This is a nice Sapphire Ceylon Blue. Cubic Zirconia needs to be polished with diamonds, these colors (except for the dark red) can be cut in just about any design. Although tempting because of price and color, I do not recommend this material for a new cutter, it is a bit tough to cut and polish for a novice.
