The pictures do not really do this material justice, the Rasberry red makes this material really very striking. think of a top Burma ruby color and that is what this material looks like. This is Emerald/Beryl and you should try it it makes a striking stone, particularly in brilliant cuts. This material cuts and polishes like most Beryl with very little trouble.

Note: This material has been sawed for shapes, which takes extra time, wear on a saw blade and saw waste. So the work has been done and the yields are all good on these pieces.
