Spinel from Vietnam comes in mostly pinks, red, lilac, and blues. naturally the pink to red, and hot pink to the a very flourescent red are the most valuable and sought after.

The colors are bright, georgous and about the only other Spinels that rival Vietnamese Spinels in color come from what used to be called Burma.

The sizes range from 2-30 cts, with the average being around 1-3 cts, anything over 5 cts is really pretty large.

These stones are quite large for this color Spinel and material.

The colors of this material make it very sought after and it can be difficult to get.

Note: This material has been hand cleaned. If you are familiar with this rough then you know how hard it is to get clean and how rare clean material is. This is all clean.
