Top Rose Quartz - $1.50 to $4/carat
Locality: Madagascar

This is the top cream of the rose Quartz that is available. This material is less them 1% of the 1% of the rose Quartz that is gem quality. It just does not get any better than this for the color and clarity. Obviously it is difficult to get and frankly there was not much production of this gem material in the last few years, so it is even harder to get.

Note: This material is not facet really, at least for traditional designs. This material is ideal for beds and carving, it has a rich pink glow to it and makes beautiful finished stones. It does have great clarity for rose Quartz.
