Large Uruguayan "Extra" Citrine Crystal Points - $3.00 to $6.00/carat

This is the super saturated material that is sometimes available.Uruguayan points come in several color grades, "Extra" and "Extra Fine" are the top colors.

Note: The color grades from lowest color to highest color are Super Extra (there are grades lower than Super Extra, but they are seldom around, I only carry the top two color grades), Extra, and Extra Fine (is the top color).

This material is all crystal points so the yields will be very good. I have hand picked all of this rough. This material cuts a deep orange stone with red and gold highlights and there is not much else that will come close to matching it in color. I would recommend Barion, brilliant, and checker board cuts, maybe a little bit on the deeper side.

Note: There are of course variations of color in this material, that is why there are different prices. There are some people claiming the material they are selling is "Extra" but it is not. Remember you will get what you pay for, if it is too cheap, well...
