The mateial is very limited in supply and unusual. It is called "Confetti" which reffers to the orange inclusions in the stone. It actually facets a very pretty stone in a step cut or some type of cut that shows the "Confetti".

This is nice schiller and is ideal for beads or cabbing.

The color of this material is nice as you can see in the picture. This material is from the Ponderosa mine and it is facetable schiller. This is just out of the bag, so there are some spots and flaws. But there is some nice cutting in this parcel.

The color of this material is nice as you can see in the picture. This material is really interesting and facetable. I would suggest some thing like my "Pillow" cut or a bead.

Sunstone / Labradorite - $1/carat
Locality: Mexico

This material is fairly difficult to get clean and is generally not large. The color is a nice light gold/ yellow. These pieces of rough on on the Odds & Ends page because they are nice and large, but they generlly have a little silk or spot in them some where. The silk.spots can often be cut out and get a flawless stone, or left larger and the silk/spots will generally not show, depending... These are all large cutters and if they were on my regular page the price would be much higher... These are a bargain for the money.
