Huge Blood Red Pyrope Garnet - $4 to $20/carat

This material is blood red Pyrope Garnet and on the saturated side, but while this material is intense in color it is about the lightest large Pyrope Garnets I have ever seen. This material has none of the gray/black tones that most Pyrope has will cut nicely if handled properly. These Garnest will cut a deep flash blood red and I recommend them for checker boards and bar cuts. There is not much faceting rough that will cut this color.

Note: These are hand cleaned and are not typical Pyrope Garnets, these are optically clean adn do not have the typical bubbles and silk. These are dark red, but will cut a good stone if handled correctly.
