Grading System

For any one that wants to use my "Common Sense Grading" system I encourage you to do so, and I give copyright permission for free usage under these conditions.

Proper credit must be given to the author - I have put a lot of work and expertise into creating this grading system. I of course am using it to sell my faceted stones, as well as many of my business friends. What I/we want is a system that is well recognized and trusted, making sure that system is credited (to the author) and that it is standardized will help assure that.

The system must be used "as is" with no changes - The whole point of a grading system is that it be easy to use and understand as well as standardized. That is why I want people to use the system as is...

That does not mean that there may not be a few updates to the system by me, that probably will happen over time and I will date and note the changes when they are done, if any... What "no changes" means is that I do not want people tinkering and making variations of my system that are not the same. The whole point is to have a standard system that every one can use easily and that everybody... cutters as well as customers can under stand and appreciate.
