Note: This is an interesting stone, there is a stripe of Citrine running through the middle of the stone, surrounded by purple Amethyst. It give this stone just a touch of gold color that flashes around the center of the stone, very pretty. This will set and wear well in almost any jewelry, but will need a custom mount because of the size.

Note: You have probably never seen a stone with split personalities like this one... I have never seen one myself, but I thought it would be interesting to orientate for this effect... So I orientated the color zones to blend the colors and make a new color (center picture) pink/lilac. When the stone is tilted the true double personality of this stone shows. The purple and gold/yellow of the Ametrine shows or the pink/lilac appears if the stone is viewed straight up. Depending on which way the stone is tilted it will show more Amethyst or Citrine, all three colors show also.
