Stone Washing Bottle
This is very nice. It is made for diamonds, but works very well for all types of faceted stones. The metal liner has a screen bottom and drain holes. So by putting the stones in the liner they can easily be taken in and out of the cleaning solution.

Depending on what you are trying to clean a mild detergent and some times a bit of alcohol will work well for cleaning dirt and finger prints off of the stones.
