Economy Diamond Polish

This diamond polish is a real bargain.
It is available in 25 carat bottles of diamond powder or 5 grams and 10 grams of paste. This diamond bort is ideal for charging cutting and polishing laps and it is very economical and ideal for about any general use.

Note: This diamond polish is a substantial savings.

Diamond Powder Economy Diamond Powder
If you feel like charging your own laps with diamond powder, this is what you want.

There are five (25) carats in a bottle. Here is the normal method used when charging a copper lap (or any other lap).

Step 1: Use a good oil lubricant (I prefer mineral oil) and put a very light coat on the lap.

Step 2: Then sprinkle a very small amount of diamond powder over the lap, less is better... use the lap like you normally would. The diamond will imbed in the metal, if it starts to get dry, add a drop more of oil/extender fliud.

Note: Use a very small amount of diamonds when charging most laps. It is easy to add more if needed but hard to take diamonds off.

Diamond Paste Economy Diamond Paste
If you feel like charging your own laps with diamond paste (the lube is mixed in the paste), this is what you want.

There are five (5) or ten (10) grams in a tube. Here is the normal method used when charging a copper lap (or any other lap).

Step 1: Dab the diamond paste evenly around the surface of the laps you want to charge.

Step 2: With a clean finger or cotton pad rub the diamond paste around the lap evenly.

Note: You may or may not want to use a little extender fluid to lubricate the lap. It just depends on what you like.

This paste is available in all diamond grit/mesh sizes. The 5 gram tubes are normal size and will last quite a while.
