Diamond Polishes
Crystallite Diamond Polishes - Crystallite diamond polish is the standard of the lapidary industry.
Crystalite Diamond Sprays
There are quite a few different diamond sprays on the market today. The major differences between them is the amount of diamonds actually in the bottle. Crystalite has six carats of diamonds, a lot of the cheaper brands only have one carat. This is why I use Crystalite.6 carat spray 3,000 - $21.30 - Sale $18.95
6 carat spray 8,000 - $21.30 - Sale $18.95
6 carat spray 14,000 - $21.30 - Sale $18.95
6 carat spray 50,000 - $21.30 - Sale $18.95
6 carats spray 100,000 - $21.30 - Sale $18.95
Diamond Powder
If you feel like charging your own laps with diamond powder, this is what you want. There are five (5) carats in a little bottle. A lot of people like to use this method when charging a copper lap (or any other lap). Use a good oil lubricant like Crystalube (some people use olive oil) and put a very light coat on the lap.
Then sprinkle a very small amount of diamond powder over the lap, less is better... use the lap like you normally would. The diamond will imbed in the metal, if it starts to get dry, add a drop more of oil/extender fliud.
Note: Use a very small amount of diamonds when charging most laps. It is easy to add more if needed but hard to take diamonds off.

Diamond Slurry
The main difference between this and the powder, is that the diamonds are already suspended in an oil lubricant. There is 5 carat of diamond in one of these bottles. I like to keep a bottle of this handy, I do not polish with diamonds much, but I occasionally need to.
This works out well, because the bottle is small and inexpensive, when I need it I just use a dab or two... If you are charging a new lap, just put 4-8 little dabs around the lap spaced evenly and gently rub it in with a clean finger.
Note: Use a very small amount of diamonds when charging most laps. It is easy to add more if needed but hard to take diamonds off.
