The Phoenix Digital Faceting Head is made to very easily bolt onto all existing Gaves Mk IV faceting machine bases. It comes with the basic aleignment tools and instructions. It only takes30 minutes or so and requires not special tools or procedures.

Note: The Phoenix head is a major improvement over the Graves head and the Phoenix is high quality and precision made. But you must remember that the Graves bases (in my opinion) while they will work fine do have some limitations.
