C/W = 0.197 H/W = (P+C)/W+0.02 = 0.664
P/H = 0.673 C/H = 0.297
Vol./W^3 = 0.336

Addition # 8 - This crown will take a little work, but the design is basically easy. Roughing in the table before cutting C8 helps establish the proportions. This works great in refractive indexes 1.54 to 2.14 with no changes.
