Addition # 7 - This works great for long Tourmaline crystals, slice them on the diagonal. It moves the "c" axis off center and will yield well, plus by using the same crystal you will get a matched set. The reflections will alternate depending on the “c” axis. If it is a dark “c” then you Will have light and dark sides if you cut on the diagonal. If the “c” is ugly leave them on the 24-72 indexes and minimize the color.
