Addition # 3 - This design is a little harder to cut than it looks at first glance. The C5 facets have to be cut exact for the table to work. If your machine has a keyed dop you can cut the table first(then C5), 1-8cts. Cut in refractive indexes 1.56 to 2.14 (84.3%) with no changes.
