Addition # 14 - This is easy, it is basically a cube. Start with a cube preform, and just cut in the 42 degree breaks on all the edges... The drill hole can be placed on any side you like, but I designed this to be drilled diagonally, from corner to corner. I originally put this with square black onyx beads. The cube was a nice rose Quartz diagonally cut.
