Contacting Me

Please contact me for further info, to confirm availability of and reserve rough, stones or other items, and determine shipping charges prior to snail mailing your order or payment. The best way to contact me is by e-mail as I'm often out on errands and short trips and can be difficult to reach by phone without prior arrangement. I don't publicly publish my phone number and address on the Internet for security reasons.

If you do not hear from me... Send (e-mail) me your phone number.
I am quite good about answering people's email, so if you do not hear from me in a reasonable time it usually means that I have tried to reach you but your email address is bouncing (bad return address) or I did not recieve your e-mail. I usually call people if their e-mail bounces and I have a phone number for them. But if I do not have your phone number there is no way for me to contact you if your email is not working.

Commonly email address bounce (do not go through) because there is a typo in the "reply to" header in your email program. To fix it just go to your email program and open the "accounts" section and check your typing. Sometimes the servers screw up too, but in most cases it is a simple typo.
